(“HeidelAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of Reprexo (“Reprexo” or the “Service”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use reprexo.shop, our applications, and related services. Reprexo is intended for individuals located in the United States. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

• Transaction-related information users choose to share through the Service, such as item details, stated prices, and communications about a proposed sale. • Technical and usage information, which may include IP address, device/browser type, operating system, app version, log records, approximate location inferred from IP address, features used, and timestamps. • Information you provide when contacting us or participating in optional features.

Do not submit sensitive personal information unless necessary for a feature and specifically requested.

We may use information to create and secure accounts; operate listings, search, messaging, comments, likes, following, and content hosting; display profiles and content according to Service features; facilitate communication between buyers and sellers; respond to support requests; investigate reports; detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents; maintain and improve the Service; send service notices and permitted marketing communications; enforce our Terms of Service; comply with law; and protect users, Reprexo, and others.

5. How Information Is Shared

We may disclose information:
• With other users, when you publish a profile, listing, comment, or other public content, or send messages or information to another user. • Between buyers and sellers, when they choose to share contact details, delivery addresses, or other information to arrange a transaction. Share only information needed for the transaction. Reprexo does not arrange shipping or control how another user handles information shared directly with them. • With service providers that support hosting, storage, content delivery, analytics, email, security, or customer support. The actual providers and purposes should be identified where required. • For legal, safety, and security reasons, including to comply with law, respond to lawful process, enforce terms, or investigate fraud. • In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business. • With your direction or consent.

Reprexo does not itself arrange shipping under its current direct peer-to-peer model. We do not sell personal information for money as a business model.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
